it’s sucks man i don’t even wanna smile near people. i thought every white person have yellow teeth but i’ve seen many of my friends or people from online have perfectly natural white teeth. that shit is making me paranoid ffs. I don’t wanna get dental help either I wanna make them look natural as can as possible sick of having yellowish white teeth

I brush my teeth twice a day and the only bad thing i do in the list is eat potatoes 💀 yet they're a lil bit yellow

Try xylitol. It’s a natural teeth whitener (comes from a bark). Also let you teeth break in between meals. Constant snacking will keep ph level saliva from doing its job to naturally whiten teeth. *Eat a meal, chew on some xylitol gum for a few minutes then keep your mouth shut (mouth breathers). Wait two hours before drinking water or snacking etc. You should see a difference in three months.

The problem is that there aren't a lot of replacement sensitive heads for M1 Sonic Electric Toothbrush available in Shoppee or Lazada in the Philippines.

I always brush my teeth and my mom is always like "you need to brush your teeth. Your teeth are yellow, take better care of your hygiene."

Is it okay if i brush my teeth after meal and when i take a shower ? Everyday i can brush my teeth 5 or 6 times a day

There's research to show that teeth can heal with root providing minerals also to keep ph constantly. A cracked tooth can heal with mineral interaction with root system.

I’m so insecure about this I cover my mouth whenever I eat or talk.. because I get told hey why don’t you brush your teeth…when I already do everyday:( this is the same for hair and skin issues .. I take care of myself so much that others won’t be able to see it. I feel terrible because there is others who don’t even take care of themselves as much as I do and have perfect teeth or hair or skin…

I can 100% notice the difference in the morning when I brush them at night on when they turn white, but during the day it's like going back to yellow all over again..No clue on why that is but it's super annoying and on a daily basis

Then, how does permanent teeth grow then? I mean, kids have both permanent and primary teeth growing at the same time. Permanent teeth, in deed grow and as they grow they slowly acquire the bone material of the primary teeth. If permanent teeth grow, why could not another teeth grow after them?
